Graduations Number 2 and 3 (and a lax award)

So last week these two graduated from their schools and moved on to their next adventures... Jack off to high school and Ri off to middle school.

Hard to believe this was six years ago and Ri's TK graduation.  So proud of them both.

Here's Riley on her way to the first day kindergarten.

And here she is at her awards ceremony last week- two days prior to graduation.  She was on the A/B honor roll all year.  Yeah!  Hard work pays off.

And just like that she graduated from elementary school.

Sweet girls.

Missing Jack- he was at his own graduation practice.

Thanks Paa Paa for coming!

Besties!

For two years in a row Ri has had a great group of girls in her class that she's spent lots of time with outside of school.  I hope they always support each other as they go into middle school.

Sweet Annie- she's headed to another middle school - we will miss her!

After graduation my mom took Hadley home and I headed to Carowinds with two other momma's and 10 girls!  Whew- what a fun day.

A few more pics....

Jack's graduation was the day after Riley's....

I thought this was funny... I dumped out his book bag and this is what came out:

Gross.

My handsome young man- headed to high school.  Hoping for a massive growth spurt any time now.   He's posing with the elbow bent since he still can't straighten his arm all the way.

I love love the curls.

These two don't spend too much time together.  I love when I capture sweet moments like this though.  She sure does love him.

Riley popping in the photo before she headed off to lacrosse camp.

Love these boys... loyal, true friends from day one.   I know Jack will be fine with this crew headed to high school.

Great crew of ladies as well.

Missing Ri- she was headed off to lax camp.

No pics of Jack on stage but this is him walking in to the gym.   But he graduated with straight A's (no small feat) and a Junior Beta Club Member.

My baby when he started kindergarten.

And when he started middle school.

THIS GIRL... this girl right here was named Team Camper of the Weekend.   She won a lacrosse shaft (the stick part)....

Her coach said she ALWAYS takes new skills learned and applies them in practice.
I spoke to the head of her club yesterday and she told me Riley was VERY deserving of this award and they were so proud of her.   Sounds like this was a big honor.

SO SO SO proud of our girl.

XOXOX)

Until next time.....
