Every Friday during the school year we meet some middle school friends at Chick-fil-A for breakfast. Our 'breakfast club' decided to head to Carowinds the last day of school with our boys. Of course that group of boys expanded to lots of other boys and some ladies.
The moms (with the exception of one that was working) decided we would go to Carowinds as well. We had a blast. I really hadn't been in about 20 years so I had a blast walking around, drinking a beer in the rocking chairs and riding a ride (yes- a ride. we only rode one- that was enough). I can't wait to go back with the girls. There's lots do do with Hadley.
The fishing obsession is in full force to say the least. Yesterday, after baseball, the boys headed out to their favorite pond and caught a bunch of 'sunnies.' They brought a cooler to keep them in - they came home, filleted them up and cooked them for everyone. It was seriously the cutest thing ever.
