This past weekend we headed up and over to Lexington, Kentucky to see Uncle Craig, Aunt Meg and cousins Eli, Sophie and Izzy. 

One thing I learned (well- already knew but it was confirmed) is that Riley and Izzy are two peas in a pod and nothing but trouble when they reach teenager-hood. 

Little E-Man (Eli) was all over Jack.  Literally, all over him.  It was really cute.  He's super into sports, just like his big cousin Jack, so they played as much as a 9 year old and 3 1/2 year old can play together.  

We haven't seen the Skinner clan in over a year and a half so it was nice to spend a lazy weekend with them and catch up.

Of course 'big plans' are in the works to get together again soon but we all know how that goes!

I do know we will be headed there for Thanksgiving this year since Uncle Craig's volleyball team plays at home this year. 

And- he plays Florida!  Ouch- FL has been the best in the SEC when it comes to volleyball the past few years.  UK has beaten them - hopefully they can pull out a W the next time we're in Lexington. 

I never walked out back w/ the kids and took pics while they played in the creek, on the hammock and on the big rock wall.  

Shame on me.
