The Milligan clan was in town this weekend.
It was nice to have a short time all together. Our usual summer fun was a bit shorter this year b/c of Jack's baseball so it was nice to squeeze in a late summer weekend together.
Gammy and Poppy came Friday late afternoon - with Lacey and Cal in tow (which made Riley very happy).
Jeff and Ava arrived later Friday night (which made Jack very happy).
Tracy and Emma arrived Saturday afternoon after Emma's first volleyball match (which made us all happy).
The boys golfed Saturday afternoon and Gammy and I took the three youngest to see The Smurfs. It took me waaayyy back to when I was a kid. I LOVED the Smurfs on Saturday mornings.
After the movie the sun was finally shining and the kids busted out the hose and our Wal-Mart buckets of fun and had a blast.
Doesn't take much.
We polished off a fun Saturday with an adults only night out. Todd scored 6 tickets to the luxury suite and we watched the Panthers beat the Giants. Lucky for us we were in the suite b/c I think it rained during the entire first half.
A great weekend wraps up today with a visit to see some good friends this afternoon we haven't seen in a while. And more pool fun for the kids.
