Everyone had a great time this past weekend, especially me. I went to Folly Beach, just outside of C-town and spent the weekend w/ 5 friends from college. It was awesome.
We were able to relax a bit and get some sun on Friday. It was super sunny and nice and everyone had a sunburn to show for it. We ate yummy meals and enjoyed catching up. It was awesome to get away, but I did miss my babies (and of course Todd).
Gretchen and Steve had a great time with the kids. They spent the morning on Friday at Ripley's Aquarium and took Jack to the John Deere store where he roped them into buying him some more goodies. Jack told Poppy on the way home that he wanted tuna for dinner so Poppy bought some tuna and other fish and Jack chowed down for dinner Friday night. Todd joined them on Friday afternoon and was able to take Jack golfing twice, which Jack loved.
They spent a lot of time on the trampoline (Riley LOVES it) and just playing around. We came home late Sunday and crashed hard last night.
We're on spring break this week so we have some fun stuff planned with lots of friends.
