Not the Same

Easter was not the same this year. 

Typically we are at the beach and the kids are all hanging out together. 

This year we were home. 

While Miss Hadley Mae cooks her last cpl of weeks. 

The kids did go the beach yesterday with Gammy and Poppy and were joined today by their cousins until Thursday. 

But- it's not the same. 

I love springtime at the beach - the flowers, the pictures, the Easter egg hunt, everything. 

The kids did dye Easter eggs with Gammy and had a small Easter egg hunt in our yard after finding their Easter baskets. 

Nothing too exciting. 

Hopefully next year will be back to normal!
