A lesson in sand castle building

Step One:
Gather your 'stuffs.' Buckets, shovels, castle thingies are all a must.

Step Two:
Fill your bucket w/ sand.

Step Three:
Make sure the sand is patted down just right.

Step Four:

Turn it over and dump it out.

Step Five:
Sometimes you need to use a big bucket. Like this one:

Step Six:

If you use a big bucket, make sure you tap the bucket before you lift it up. You don't want any sand to stick.

Step Seven:
When you're done you ruuunnn out towards the water and tell your big brother and cousin about your accomplishments.

Step Eight:
Try not to get too mad if they don't pay you any attention b/c they are too busy playing by themselves.

Step Nine:

Instead: run to Daddy, climb into his lap, and tell HIM all about your sandcastle. Oh- and ask him for a sip of his beer.

Step Ten:

Pass out in Mommy's lap for 45 minutes, under a towel, on the beach.

(no pic of that-sorry!)

Until next time....
