Home sick

Jack that is. He's home sick w/ a fever. This 12 hour fever bug has been making the rounds and we've been fortunate to avoid it. Until today that is.


He was super exhausted last night and could have gone to bed at 6:30- but he 'didn't want to go to bed before his sister' so he stayed up until 7:30. He crawled into our bed around midnight and woke this a.m. hot.


So... I've pumped him full of Motrin. We're going to take Ri to school and come home and veg. I hope he takes a nap b/c mommy is not feeling super hot either.


I just hope he recovers quickly. His birthday party is Friday.


Aghhh- to be back in school.
