So we're here, at the beach, enjoying the sun and pool already.... it's great.
The trip down was easy- we ditched Jack's last day of camp and left around 10:00 and we were here by 2:00. We stopped for a greasy bite to eat at Hardees. Gross. Riley slept for an hour, Jack did not.
Gretchen's at quilt camp in Vermont until Sunday night (yes, I said quilt camp). Poppy and Todd took the kids to see the ocean for a few minutes. I just cleaned the kitchen and now we're waiting on Jeff/Tracy and the girls to get here in the next hour or so.
I imagine it's the last time I'll be alone in the house with peace and quiet the entire 13 days we're here.
Pray Riley goes to sleep tonight in the big girl bed here and not in the crib in our room!
