March Madness

Yes- I really do mean basketball- not the madness that sometimes goes on in this house.

I am so disappointed that Davidson didn't pull it off tonight. I was pulling for them soooo hard. Although they beat Georgetown last weekend (Todd's fave team) I was totally pulling for them this weekend. Living here in the Charlotte region I have been reading relentless articles in the local paper about them and they seem like such a solid, well rounded group of guys who deserve their success. Plus- it's pretty cool when the Board of Trustees pays for hundreds of kids to go to Detroit to see them play this weekend.

Normally I am not a big basketball watcher, but the past couple of weekends have been exciting to watch. Today was a great day to stay in and watch b-ball b/c it's in the 40's!! YUCK! Just two days ago we were spreading mulch and it was almost 80 degrees. BRING ON SPRING WOULD YA?!!!

One more weekend of basketball and then the Masters is right around the corner. That's when spring really kicks in, in my opinion.
