One Liner

One of Jack's all-time best one-liners was spoken this morning. I had to write about it so I would never forget it.

Jack was dressed and ready for preschool. I took Riley upstairs to get her dressed and Jack came with us. He stopped by the playroom and picked up his firetruck on the way to Riley's room. I got Riley dressed and plopped her on the floor to put her hair in pigtails. After putting her hair in two pony tails I laughed b/c she looked so darn cute. Jack looked at her and said, (I swear this is EXACTLY what he said),

"Riley, you look like a princess."

OMG! I about fell over and cried at the same time. First of all, I didn't even know that Jack knew what a princess was (humm- where did he learn that?), but second of all, he obviously knows that princesses are pretty. I immediately ran and got the camera so I could document this precious occasion.

The funniest part about the morning was Jack then said, "Mommy, I look like a blue." Weird, but he is wearing a blue shirt today. See for yourself below.
