Just when I was thinking: What do I blog about today? I see this post. Thanks Jessica!
1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? - For Christmas? Wrapping paper. All other times of the year I usually use gift bags. And I recycle them too. Ssshh.
2. Real tree or artificial? - Real. Artificial trees should be banned.
3. When do you put up the tree? - The weekend or week after Thanksgiving.
4. Do you like eggnog? - Nope. Never have and never will.
5. Favorite gift received as a child? - Swatch phone. And I probably knew I was getting it before I actually got it. I liked to search for gifts ahead of time. Terrible. I know.
6. Do you have a nativity scene? - No. Is that bad?
7. Hardest person to buy for? My husband. His words exactly "don't buy me anything b/c if I want something i'll just go and buy it." This year he took himself shopping, came home, plopped the bags on the floor and told me I could wrap them if I wanted to. So I did.
8. Easiest person to buy for? -Riley. Jack is getting harder.
9. Mail or email Christmas cards? - Mail. Email Christmas cards? So incredibly tacky.
10. Favorite Christmas movie? - Hummm. Show- Charlie Brown- for sure. Maybe National Lampoons for the movie.
11. When do you start shopping for Christmas? - October/November. Try to be mostly done by THanksgiving.
12. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? -Nothing in particular. We usually do a rib roast or tenderloin and I like both.
13. Clear lights or colored lights on the tree? - NO color in this house.
14. Favorite Christmas song? - this year it's this really cute song about a peppermint stick that Riley keep walking around singing in preparation for her first xmas program next friday.
15. Travel or stay home at Christmas? - Travel. Every. Single. Year.
16. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? - no.
17. Angel on tree top or star? - need to get a star- it's a Santa Claus.
18. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? - All presents on Christmas morning except for adult secret santa.
19. The most annoying thing about this time of year? - Nothing. Well- maybe the scrooges.
20. What I love most about Christmas - Creating memories for my children.
Happy Holidays!
Until next time...
