Day five started out with a game of Nat’s Farm for the boys (and Sophie). Nat’s Farm is a golf game that the guys always play between the three houses. They use clubs and a tennis ball. They pick a target (rock, car tire, etc.) and see who can make it in the least amount of shots- like real golf. From what I gather Jack did better than an adult or two. That kids loves golf.
Todd and I took Jack, Riley and Sophie down into Oak Bluffs for lunch and an attempt to ride The Flying Horses Carousel. But- the line was atrocious and it was hot. The kids had just as much fun playing a few video games. Todd won Jack a stuffed animal on his first try and then tried in vain to win one for Sophie. After 5 or 6 attempts he finally gave up.
We ate lunch at this great little take out joint. Todd and I ate yummy lobster rolls!
One last post to come soon.
Until next time….
