Little bit of this...little bit of that.

Nothing but a bunch of craziness around the Milligan household. We are gearing up for a busy weekend and then off to the beach early Monday.


Jack had his Christmas program on Friday and he did a great job. The TK class got to sit in the 'big people' chairs on the back row. I took some pics and a video and will try to post them later if I get the chance. The school always puts on a nice party afterwards so we were able to hang out w/ Jack's friends and their families for a bit. Now we have two weeks off. It will be nice not to have to rush out the door in the a.m. (Wait- we don't rush anywhere in the mornings since our kids get up so early- but you get my point.) But- trust me...I will be ready for Monday, January 5th to come.


The kids and I came up to my mom's around lunch today. We are celebrating Christmas w/ my mom's extended family this afternoon before we head back home tonight.


We continue our Christmas celebrating tomorrow afternoon w/ my mom, dad and brother at our house and then head to the beach early Monday. We haven't been to the beach since August so I am looking forward to hanging out down there.


Ri's been doing ok. I think the two words that desribe her best lately are difficult and unpredictable. She throws tantrums at the drop of a hat over nothing. This a.m. she wanted a leftover quesadilla for breakfast and Todd told her no. Well- you would have thought he beat her w/ a stick. She proceeded to scream and holler for 20 or so minutes and then throw up on our bedroom/bathroom floor. This basically describes her lately. When she's good, she's really good. When she's bad, she's really really bad. I hope it's a phase.


I'll be sure to take lots of pics this next week. I am hoping if the weather permits that we can run around on the beach (clothed of course) and take some fun pics.
