Boys will be boys and girls will be girls.

In our house we have one boy and one girl. Duh.

But- let me tell you that they are ALL boy and ALL girl. You'd think they were hardwired at birth. They each go towards their 'own toys.'

Jack is still into trucks and things w/ wheels, but really, really loves to build. Anything. Legos. Blocks. Bricks. Stuff. Anything that can be taken apart and put back Jack-style is game for him. And he likes to use his tools too.

Now- Miss Priss loves her babies. She's been playing w/ them lots this week. Feeding them. Strolling them. Hugging them. Tossing them around. Declothing them. Writing on them. Yes- she does. She does like to build 'towerds' with her Legos. I think she only does this frequently because of her big brother. It's always Pete and Repeat around here. I think Santa is bringing her her very own big girl Legos.

They both like to play outside and color/write/draw. Those are things we can do easily together.

This afternoon was gross and rainy so we hung out in the playroom. They were into such typical 'boy' 'girl' things that I just had to take some pics and a quick video.

One more funny: Jack went to the dentist yesterday and did great. I only stayed back in the room w/ him for a few minutes and then Ri and I waited in the lobby. The dentist came out after a bit and said he was able to polish and do flouride for the first time.. YEAH- He also taught Jack how to floss.

So- this afternoon jack was playing w/ his bag of goodies from the dentist office and had his floss out.

Me: Jack- what r u doing?

J: I am using my sloth?

Me: HUH?

J: I AM USING MY SLOTH!!
