Random Thoughts

Leaving for mountains tomorrow so I must pack Jack and I up tonight/tomorrow a.m. Todd flew to Denver this a.m. and meets us in the mtns. on Friday early afternoon. I am looking forward to a few days away - oh- and some uninterrupted sleep time away from Miss Priss.


She's still waking at least once a night. It's hands down the most annoying thing in my life right now. Even more than my ankle. Jack was never like this. Of course once in a while he woke - still does on a rare occasion - but it was not repeatedly like his sister.


One of these days.


Ankle is healing. Still super sore and I walk like a total cripple but it's getting there. I hope by Monday I'll at least be able to ride the bike at the gym. I miss it. Not sure what I'll be able to do up in the mtns. but I'll hang the best I can.


We are meeting my mom tonight half way to pass Ri off. She's looking forward to spending some time with her Paa Paa. I hope she sleeps well for her. (See above).


Both kids have a gross cough- I've been pumping them w/ daytime and nighttime Triaminic and lubing Ri up w/ Vix at night. I hope it clears soon.


The weather has finally turned here in the Queen City (the 'burbs). It's down in the 30's at night and 60's (maybe low 70's) during the day. It's quite nice. Plus- I was quite sick of seeing the same shorts all Jack and Ri (and me for that matter) so it's nice to see a new wardrobe.


Anyway- I hope to blog up in the mtns. I am bringing my laptop and camera but not sure what the Internet connection will be. I might be quiet until Sunday or Monday.
